How do I order a product?

You simply click on the "Buy It Now" button after choosing the products you want, and then when you're done, you click on the "Cart" icon in the upper right of the screen. After that, you click on the "Checkout" and fill in your details to finalize your order.

Are my payments secure?

  • Yes, 100% secure!
  • We accept credit card payments using one of the most trusted payment gateways within Shopify, using Stripe, as well as Amazon Payments and Apple Pay. Credit card information is never seen by us, nor kept in our system.
  • We also use the services of the world leader in computer protecting security (McAfee). So the website is secure at all times

How long does shipping take?

  • All orders will be shipped from our warehouse within period 12-24 hours.
  • We ship our products with a unique tracking number, which will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped out from our warehouse. Your order will be fulfilled within 12 hours and will arrive within 14-20 business days depending on location. We appreciate your patience.
  • For the US, the usual delivery time is 1-4 weeks
  • For the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, most European, and Asian countries, the usual delivery time is 2-4 weeks

Can I follow my order?

You can follow your order by entering your order number at our "Track Order" page.

Where can I find a discount code? 

We send out discount codes regularly to those who are subscribed to our email list. If you wish to subscribe, scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your email.

How do I receive a multiple item order? 

If you order several products, each one will be sent in a separate package (in most cases).
